3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zs777app username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. zs777app will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify zs777app support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

zs777app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

• The account holder has provided false identity or age information.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• The account holder is a minor (under 18 years of age).
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Funds deposited from the player's own verified payment methods will be returned minus any amounts attributed to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, at zs777app's discretion.
